Currently, we migrate all users and groups irrespective of the projects you select. All active and inactive users are migrated, and content associated with deleted users is also migrated.
Users and groups are migrated separately, which means you’ll need to add users to their relevant groups after migration. In upcoming releases, we plan to provide an option to preserve group membership, which means groups along with their users will be migrated together.
