Go to admin.atlassian.com and select the organization that your new site will be created under.
Click Select Products in the top navigation menu.
Click Select Add product.
From the Select site screen, click select New site.
From the Select product screen, select the Jira product you want to add. If you want to add more than one product, you can add them after the site is created.
Enter a Site name. This name will be part of the URL that will appear in the dropdown list for the destination cloud site when you create your migration.
Click Start trial.
